Long Time, no see?
Hey guys, sorry about the house posts, but there isn't much to say. Most of the pluming and electrical are in and the sheet rock is going up this week, nothing to really take pictures of. The kitchen cabinets are also going in this week! That's about it for now, talk to you later!

You see, the Thing is...
The reason why I haven't been updating the blog is because my mom has been in Aruba all week! So I haven't seen the house. She will be back early in the morning tomorrow but then she is picking us up and we are going to Grammy's house for Thanksgiving, so no new posts this weekend. Expect a new post sometime next week! Sorry for the delay, I didn't forget about it!

The Siding is Up!
A few days ago the siding went on! We are really excited about it! The shutters will be coming soon and they will put the finishing touch on the outside. Also the door will be painted, we are not sure what color yet. I have a question for you guys, do you think that the white accent piece on the top of the peak looks good? We aren't sure if we like it or not, please write your opinion below...

The Roof is on!
They finally put the roof shingles on! The siding should go on shortly. We picked a nice blue color for the house, and dark blue shutters. Pics will come as soon as the siding goes up! Sorry I haven't updated in a while.

Rain is a Killjoy
The framer was supposed to start the framing two weeks ago but we have had a lot of rain in the past few weeks. The lumber was delivered the other day and the framer should start framing on Monday, we have our fingers crossed! Pictures coming as soon as some of the framing is done!

Getting our Footing
The footings were put in a few weeks ago, which is what the house sits on.(First Picture) We won't have a basement, only a crawlspace so this is the beginning! The second picture shows what is looks like right now, with the crawlspace floor and little walls.
Just a Hole in the Ground
A house is just a big giant hole in the ground that you through money into, and this is the hole that started it all.
Hi Everyone!
Hi my name is Cooper, and this is my first blog. My mom has been looking for a house for sometime now, and nothing she looked at was what she wanted. One day she found this beautiful house that was amazing, but there was one problem, it was already bought. Luckily the builder owned two lots right next to it! So try to picture this; the one built house (already bought) then to the right next it was an empty lot (also bought) then on the corner was a lot that wasn't bought, and it became ours!
